Nedyalko Dragnev, MD graduated from the Medical university of Varna. He is a Board Certified Surgeon since 2001 and Board Cerfified Thoracic Surgeon since 2010. He is a Master in Healthcare Management since 2020.

In the beginning of his career he worked in the military at the Submarines Division, where he reached the rang of lieutenant colonel. Afterwards, he became the head of the Thoracic Surgery Department in the Military Medical Academy Hospital of Varna until 2021.
In 2022,he became part of the Thoracic Surgery Department of Heart and Brain Hospital in Burgas and as of April 2023 he is the Head of the Department.

Dr. Dragnev has obtained certificates for performing minimally-invasive laparoscopic and thoracoscopic surgery.
