Irina Petkova, MD graduated from the Medical University “Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov” in Varna. Her interest in Diagnostic Imaging started during her studies, and in 2018 she was appointed to the position of Demonstrator at the Department of Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy. She takes an active part in teaching both Bulgarian and English speaking medical students and radiology lab technicians. Her professional interests are mainly focused on cardiovascular and ultrasound imaging.

She is fluent in written and spoken English.
