Ventsislav Krusharski, MD graduated in medicine at the Medical University of Sofia in 2013, and simultaneously with his studies, during 4 years he was a resident at the thoracic, vascular and emergency surgery clinics at the MMA Sofia.

Since 2019, he has been a specialist in surgery, after a successful specialization at the SofiaMed Hospital, being in parallel part of the sector and then the department of thoracic surgery since their establishment. He has undergone many courses and trainings at home and abroad, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery. In 2021, he was certified for laparoscopic surgery at the MMA Sofia.

In January 2022 he joined the team of the Heart and Brain Center of Excellence in Burgas.
