Medzhit Hoyrov, MD is a specialist in orthopedics and traumatology with professional interest and practical experience in the field dating back to 2017. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Trakia University in Stara Zagora.

Even during his studies, he focused his professional development on orthopedics and traumatology, actively participating in clinical work and acquiring practical skills in the specialty. After graduation, he began a residency in abdominal surgery; subsequently, he successfully passed a competitive exam and continued his professional career as a resident in orthopedics and traumatology.

His clinical interests focus on the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries in both adults and children. A special focus of his practice is joint replacement surgery for the major joints—hip, knee, and shoulder—as well as modern surgical techniques in orthopedics and traumatology.

In addition to his active clinical and surgical practice, Dr. Hoyrov teaches anatomy to medical students.

He completed a master’s program in “Healthcare Management” at the Medical University of Varna, where he gained in-depth knowledge in the field of healthcare organization management, the quality of medical services, and modern models for healthcare development.

Dr. Hoyrov is the author of the book *Move Boldly*, in which he provides accessible and useful information for patients regarding hip, knee, and shoulder joint replacement, recovery after surgery, and opportunities to improve quality of life through modern orthopedics.
