Dilyana Yakova- Hristova, MD graduated from the Medical University in Pleven in 2013 with an award for excellence. After a specialization in cardiology, she obtained her PhD degree in 2020. Dr Yakova-Hristova has a license for Cardiac Ultrasound Imaging.

Her professional experience started in the cardiology department of the University hospital ,,Dr G. Stranski“ in Pleven where she worked from 2014 to 2020. From March to December 2020 she worked at the Specialized cardiology hospital in Pleven.

She is part of the team of the cardiology department at the Heart and Brain hospital since December 2020.
