Borislav Stamenov, MD graduated from Medical University – Plovdiv in 2001. He specialized in obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive medicine in 2007. From 2010 to 2024, he worked as a specialist and then as a senior physician in hospitals in Kleve, North Rhine-Westphalia, Buchen, Baden-Württemberg, and Freudenstadt, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. His interests are in the field of operative obstetrics and gynecology.

Since March 2025, he has been a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology at the Heart and Brain Hospital in Pleven.
