The High-Tech Multi-profile Hospital for Active Treatment “Heart and Brain” was honored as Hospital of The Year.

Two Prizes were received by the “Heart and Brain” at the Fifth Annual conduct of the Medical Oscars.

The Annual Awards NATIONAL MEDICAL AWARDS 2019 featured the humanity and accountability of Medical Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics and Medical Teams with established significant achievements in the field of the Bulgarian Health Care.

The Award “Hospital of the Year 2019” was rewarded to Prof. Vladimir Danov on behalf of Hospital “Heart and Brain”- Pleven, while the young cardio surgeon doctor Petar Uzov was honored with the “Innovative Young Medical Doctor 2019”Award.

The event was attended by a few special guests such as the Deputy Chairman of the Health Care Commission at the Parliament – Mr. Georgi Kolev, the Deputy Chairman of the Partners of the National Patients Organization – Mr. Viktor Paskov, Phd. Lyubomir Kirov – a Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Event by the National Association of General Practitioners in Bulgaria and more.

Partners of the Event were the National Patients Organization, Bulgarian Medical Union, National Association of General Practitioners, The Metropolitan Medical Organization and more.
