Dr. Stoyan Dimov graduated in medicine from the Medical University of Varna in 2019. He obtained a specialization in cardiology in 2024.
From July 24, 2017, to August 4, 2017, he completed an internship at the I.I. Mechnikov North-Western Medical University in St. Petersburg, Russia, in the Department of Cardiology and General Surgery. During the 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 academic years, he was a demonstrator at the First Department of Internal Medicine, USM, Varna. In 2025, he obtained a European certificate in invasive electrophysiology.
He holds certificates for pacemaker implantation, including conduction system stimulation, as well as a certificate in echocardiography. He holds certificates for pacemaker implantation, including conduction system stimulation, as well as a certificate in echocardiography.
His professional interests are focused on the diagnosis and treatment of rhythm and conduction disorders, invasive electrophysiology, and modern methods of electrocardiostimulation.
He is part of Dr. Mihail Protich’s team in the Department of Electrophysiology and Electrocardiostimulation. He actively participates in national and international congresses and specialized training courses.
He speaks Bulgarian and English.
