Aygulya Akisheva, MD graduated in medicine from Medical University – Pleven in 2018. During her studies she participated in microbiology and oncological surgery clubs. In 2017 and 2018 she was the chair of the organizing committee, and since 2022 she is the coordinator of the International Medical Scientific Conference for Students and Young Doctors of Medical University – Pleven.

Since 2019 she has been working at the Clinic of Nephrology and Dialysis of the University Hospital “Dr. Stransky”. In the period 2021 – 2024 she is an assistant professor at the Department of Nephrology, Hematology and Gastroenterology of Medical University – Pleven. During the same period she was the Head of the International Cooperation Sector at the International and Project Activities Department of the university.

He is a member of scientific organizations. Bulgarian Society of Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacology and Therapy (BSPCT).

Fluent in English, Russian and French.
