Monika Momchilova, MD graduated in medicine from MU – Pleven in 2012.

In 2019, she obtained a specialization in General Surgery, and in recent years she has been actively practicing in the treatment of diseases of the digestive system, gallstone disease, abdominal wall defects, and diseases of the mammary gland.

In 2022, she began her doctoral studies at Alexandrovska University Hospital, focusing on modern approaches to the treatment of benign diseases of the anus and perianal area, and since 2023, she has been an assistant at the Medical University of Sofia.

Since 2025, she has been part of the team at the Heart and Brain Hospital.
