Radyocerrahide ama\u00e7 &#8220;cerrahi&#8221; bir sonu\u00e7 elde etmektir (ad\u0131 da buradan gelmektedir), ancak do\u011frudan eri\u015fim, anestezi, kesi veya diki\u015f ve a\u011fr\u0131 olmadan.
