Tamara Toneva, MD graduated from the Medical University – Pleven in 2017. Since 2017 she has been working and specializing at the Clinic of Pneumology and Phthisiology at the University Hospital “Dr. G. She has a specialty in pulmonary and phthalmology and medicine. She has been working at the hospital in Pleven since 2005. She participates in the training of Bulgarian and foreign medical students. Fluent in English.

Since 2023 Dr. Toneva is part of the team of the Department of Pneumology and Phthisiology of the Heart and Brain Hospital in Pleven.
